Loyalty Program

The Loyalty Program (LP) offers points to students for classes or seminars taken within one calendar year at the Austin Computer Learning Center .   Points expire at the end of the calendar year.

The ACLC Registrar tracks LP points.  After 100 points have been accrued, the Registrar will inform the student via email that a $25 credit has been earned.

        Earning Loyalty Program Points

-         Students receive one point for each dollar paid as long as the class or seminar fee is $25 or more, and fee is paid in full.

-         ACLC curriculum offerings with a fee less than $25 will not earn LP points.

        Using Loyalty Program Credits

-         Students should plan to use their LP credits within the calendar year.

-         LP credits can be used for ACLC classes or seminars with a minimum fee of $25.

-         When using LP credits, students do not earn points for the class or seminar, even if there is money required to make up the difference. For example, if a student registers in a $60 class, uses the $25 LP credit, and pays $35, ACLC will not offer LP points for the difference.

-         LP credits cannot be used to pay for Club fees, and payment for club fees will not accrue LP points.

ACLC reserves the right to discontinue this program at ACLC’s discretion.

Clubs

The Austin Computer Learning Center (ACLC) offers memberships in Computer and Digital Photography Clubs, which meet monthly and cover different topics each month. Note that the ACLC is a computer-oriented lab and not a camera shop. In the Digital Photography Clubs, we teach the basics of digital cameras, but the main emphasis is "after the shot, what do I do?"

The Clubs’ yearly fee is $70.00, and Clubs meet once a month, January through November, on its designated day of the month and time.

If there are vacancies or openings in any club, student can join in mid-year; Club fee is prorated accordingly.

ACLC Loyalty Program (LP) credits cannot be used to pay for Club fees, and payment for club fees will not accrue LP points.

For Clubs’ descriptions and computer and camera pre-requisites, visit the ACLC website at www.austincomputer.org.
