Description::
This seminar will teach you to use Bridge Base Online. This is the largest bridge site in the world and is free online. BBO offers duplicate MPs, duplicate IMPs, rubber, duplicate tournaments, money games, vugraph and team matches. We will cover topics that range from initial setup to the features that allow you to create an account, enter a game, chat with players, kibitz, play in a tournament, ACBL-sanctioned club games, and watch live demonstrations of persons playing bridge with the instructor at SeniorNet. The first session will get you started to go home, download the program and practice. The second session will provide more information about the website such as points, hand records, GIBS, tourneys, Bridge Base, Inc., advertisements and much more plus answering questions.
This is NOT a beginner's class on the basics of the computer.
