Basic mouse skills, opening and closing windows. Have a basic knowledge of a photo program.

Description:

Scan and copy documents, art works, 3D objects and magazine articles with ease. Learn the terminology necessary to buy your scanner. Consider features you need and successfully hook up. Import your scan into your favorite programs.

Goals:

• Scan a personal picture to our computer
• Enhance that picture
• Resize for application to either print or e-mail
• Understand the resolution terms and dots per inch
• Understand the differences between a photo and text scan
