Cooking and Recipe Bookmaking (2½ hours)

Prerequisites:

Basic mouse skills, opening and closing windows, have an e-mail address and internet access.

Description:

Find your favorite recipes from your family traditions, online, by author, cookbook or TV programs. After the recipes are gathered, learn basic bookmaking with a Publishing program to document your favorites. This is great class for holiday gift giving to the family for wedding showers or reunions.

• Finding nutritional values and history of certain herbs and foods
• Scan and gather your home favorites
• Put all recipes in a booklet format
• Add personal photos or quotes
