The student should have a basic knowledge of Windows, the keyboard, mouse usage, and some typing skills.

Description:
This is a beginning class in learning to create and publish a web pages and some basic HTML coding.
A free downloadable HTML Editor is used. This is NOT a beginner's class in the basic use of the
computer or typing.
This seminar is an introduction to creating a Web Site using a WYSIWYG* technique and HTML code.
Some existing files and graphics are used to reduce the amount of typing a student must do and
maximize time to learn creating web pages.

- Understand the basic elements of web pages and a web site
- Create a web page using Word (WYSIWYG)*
- Create web pages using HTML coding
- Understand and create Hyperlinks
- Use graphics, pictures, colors, text formatting in web pages
- Understand what is needed to publish the web site pages on the Internet
