Audio Capture, Editing and Recording (2 hours)

The student should have a basic knowledge of Windows, the keyboard, mouse usage, and some typing skills.

Description:
This is a beginning class to learn how to capture, edit, convert, fix,
and use music/sound/voice recorded files. This is NOT a beginner's class in the basic
use of the computer or typing. This class is hands-on using an audio editor.

- Insert silence and remove static in a recording
- Understand some of the various formats of audio files
- Learn how to convert various audio formats
- Become familiar with the various way to capture audio into the computer
- Discover how to fix old, scratched recordings
- Learn the various ways audio files can be used or imported into other programs
